Purchase Requisition Form - must be used when submitting any
expense bills to Finance for payment or reimbursement. Click

| FUND-RAISING PROCESS |
 | Fund-raiser must meet the mission of the church.
 | Fund-raisers must be coordinated through the Finance Community
(meets 2nd Tuesday of each month) |

| MAILINGS |
 | The church office has supplies, including postage, that you
may use for your church sponsored event. Call ahead for
coordination purposes if your mailing is for 20 or more items. |
 | A computer is available in the church office for word
processing needs. |
 | Office staff is more than willing to show you how to use
duplicating/copy machines for mass production of
documents/letters. |

| NEWSLETTER |
 | Articles due to Kay Clancy by 4:00 pm on the 15th of the month
prior to the newsletter's publication. |

|
| REQUESTS FOR OFFICE HELP WITH PROJECTS |
 | Office staff is happy to assist you with your projects.
For help with big projects, please schedule well in advance for
coordination with other work projects. |

| ROOM SCHEDULING |
 | Contact Kay Clancy to reserve your room.
 | Non-profit events must contact the church office about the
proper paperwork needed and the logistics of your event. |
 | Let Kay know of any meeting schedules or changes to schedules
to ensure that your room will be available.
 | Kay will inform you as to whether or not you need to fill out
a reservation form for your event (Larger more complicated
events). |
 | If you inform Kay at least 2 weeks prior to your big event she
will email the information to area radio stations - free
advertising for your event. |

| ROOM SET-UP FOR EVENTS |
 | All non-profit events are responsible for set-up and
clean-up.
 | Groups responsible to set-up with the Building Custodian's active
assistance. |
 | Groups responsible to clean up the area.
 | In Fellowship hall, after a big event, the Building Custodian will take chairs
down and clean fellowship hall floor. |
 | Consider and make arrangements ahead of time for such
logistics as unlocking/locking doors, carrying out garbage,
turning on indoor/outdoor lights, etc. |
 | Don't forget follow-up! Is everything put back where you
found it? (Tables or chairs borrowed from other rooms,
coffee pots...etc.) |

| VAN SCHEDULING |
 | Usage must be approved through Pastor Chuck Kellogg.
 | Schedule through Kay Clancy. |
 | First come first served - within reason. |

 | Get your event information to Kay Clancy so she can add your
information to the website calendar as well. |
 | GUM Info - Contact Kay to send out information to a Grace
Church email list. GUM Info is only for events that are
